We belong to major European producers of aluminium castings made by investment casting method (lost wax process) with the focus on customers in aerospace industry. We are also respected manufacturer of injection moulds for plastics.
Description of Company Activity
We currently export 60% of castings produced in our foundry. Our castings are used in demanding industrial fields as aerospace, medical, optics, transportation, production of machines and equipments etc. We use state of art equipment such as robotic shell making line and robotic EDM line in our production. The quality of our products is guarantied by years of experience and quality system certified according AS 9100 and ISO 9001.
Products & Services
- Production of aluminium investment castings including maching and surface treatments to the maximum weight 10 kg and maximum size 650x450x450 mm. Spectral analysis of material, measuring of mechanical properties, measuring of castings on 3D measuring machine, quality check of internal quality of casting on X-ray and quality control of potential surface defect on penetrant inspection line.
