Our CLIMATROP proofing air conditioning unit uses ultrasonic humidification technology and allows accurate temperature and humidity settings in the proofing room independently. It is possible to set the humidity of eg 85% RH at a temperature even less than 30 ° C, which extends and improves quality of the dough rising. The setting range is min. + 35 ° C and 95% RH. Climatrop is protected by utility model and won the Golden Salima 2016 award at the International Food Fair in Brno.
