  • Description of the Company's Activities

    In the food industry, dextrin can be used in coated products and semi-finished foods for protection or modification of products. Dextrin is used in mixtures as a fat supplement, as an ingredient in bakery products, frozen foods, glazing and fillings. Tech industry uses dextrin mainly in glue production (tube manufacturing) and in foundries (bentonite bond mixtures). Dextrin is also used in fireproof ceramics, abrasive disks, matches, sparklers, and briquette manufacturing, for final modification of tissues, abrasive pastes, water colours etc. In tech branches, potato starch is used as a bonding agent in liquid abrasives. Furthermore, this starch is used for texture slashing, which strengthens the texture threads, for surface application by size press etc. The food industry uses potato starch as a thickener and filler, fat substitute, aroma carrier, emulsion stabilizer etc.
